Langosta Loca Golf Cart

The 6-seater golf cart is stored onsite and ready to use upon arrival.  The reservation will be confirmed once all information is received and the invoice is paid.

• Retrieve golf cart key from lock box on wall. Enter the code provided by the host.
• Inspect the cart for previous damages and flaws. Take note or pictures if needed.
• Assess for tire pressure. If the tire pressure appears low, please use the supplied air pump. Fill to 20psi. Do not overfill tires.
• Turn on the cart. To do so, place the key in the ignition and turn key to the on position. Be sure that the gear is in neutral. The engine should idle. If the engine turns off quickly, apply pressure to the gas pedal to rev engine.
• Check the headlights and tail lights for proper function.
• Take note of the fuel level. If the fuel level is not full, please notify the host.
• Adjust mirrors to drivers preference.
• Put the gear into ‘forward’ to move forward and ‘reverse’ to go in reverse. Then apply pressure on gas pedal to move.
• DO NOT rev engine  / apply pressure on the gas pedal before shifting gears.

DRIVING AT NIGHT is PROHIBITED. Driver will be responsible for any violations.

• The driver must be 25 years or older, have a valid US driver’s license and liability insurance.
• The driver must have completed the Golf Cart Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver.
• Driver and passengers must wear seatbelts while operating the vehicle.
• No more than 6 total persons allowed in the cart at one time. No lap children.
• Driver must  obey all traffic laws.
• Driving intoxicated is illegal and is subject to prosecution.
• If the vehicle has failed to start or is not running properly, please contact the host immediately. If the cart cannot be fixed in a timely fashion, the guest will be refunded the remainder of unused time on the rental.
• If involved in an accident, please report this immediately to proper authorities, your insurance provider and the host.

• Again, take note of any damages or flaws on the card. If new damages are discovered, please notify the host.
• Refill the gas tank using regular unleaded gasoline to avoid $50 fuel charge.
• Thoroughly rinse the cart of any sand or dirt using the hose provided. Do this either at curb in front of the property or in the driveway.
• Return the key to the lock box. Enter the code to secure the key in the box.
