The first bedroom features a large, comfortable master king bedroom with a private bathroom and balcony.

Bedroom 3 features a lovely queen 2 guest bedroom with a private bathroom and a brand new smart TV.

Bedroom 4 features a bunk room with twin over full and twin trundle. Accommodation for younger guests with brand new smart TV and Pack-N-Play in the closet.

Stock the cabinets and full-size fridge with all of your favorite foods, or order take-out and enjoy it in the formal dining area or out on the patio.

Guest will have access to the entire home. There is parking for one compact car/suv in the garage, two spots in the driveway as well as open street parking, which is first come, first serve. Street parking requires parking passes that are available upon arrival inside the home.

The golf cart is stored onsite in the garage and available for rent. It is only accessible to those that have agreed to rent it prior to their stay.

Beach gear is also available and includes: a canopy, portable table, large cordless Bluetooth speaker, beach towels, beach bags, and beach toys.
